1. Please make a selection of the country of your choice and the Package number, when forming an offshore company. This option can be found at the bottom of this page.

2. At this stage you will see the question table for forming an offshore company. You must fill all the required information. It is very important that you choose the payment method from the options provided. You will not be asked for payment details (e.g. your credit card number, etc) at this point. You must press "Submit" button. 

3. After that the invoice for forming an offshore company will appear in front of you. Please take your time to check that the information and the prices are correct. If you need to make amendments in the previous form press "Back" button on your browser. It will bring you back to the question table for forming an for offshore company .You need to print the invoice or copy it to Word (or similar program or floppy disc) in order to make a payment to us and also to keep it for your own records. You must complete this stage by pressing "Confirm" button!

4. You have to inform us by e-mail or fax or phone about the payment you made. Our details are shown on the invoice which you printed and on the Contact us page. 

5. At this stage we will ship your company ordered.

The Package is shipped by express courier delivery (example FedEx etc) upon the receipt of your payment and all necessary information. The offshore company kit will be shipped: from Dominica the same or not later than the following working day; from Seychelles, BVI and Belize in three working days; from Panama, Gibraltar and the USA in eight working days and the UK in five working days. Please allow from one to five working days for the delivery, depending upon your location. For instance, the delivery time from Dominica to the US is one working day; to the UK is two working days. If you ordered the company with a bank account, all the necessary forms will be included in the Package.

We will provide you with the tracking number for your Package with the offshore company formation documents, so you can trace it on the internet yourself.
